Clock-In Everyday
Your new full time job is your body.
A daily AI-coached fitness app built specifically for people over 50 — especially those heading into retirement. Each session is shaped by how you actually slept, how you're recovering, your goals, and any aches you're managing, so a rough night means an easier day and a good one means you can push a little.
What it does
Iron Will Index
A morning readiness score built from your own sleep, heart rate, and heart rate variability — not a fixed number for everyone. Plain-language, so you know exactly why today looks the way it does.
A session built fresh, every day
No rigid program to fight against. Your workout is shaped by how you slept, your recovery, your goals, and any injuries — so it actually adapts to your life instead of ignoring it.
Real progression, not guesswork
Clock-In remembers your working weights and reps and adjusts them based on what you actually did last time — sets, reps, and how it felt — so the app gets to know you the longer you use it.
Daily stretches that make sense for you
Picked from your specific aches and how today's going, not the same generic routine every day — with a clear note on why each one was chosen.
Training toward something?
Add an upcoming hike, ride, or event, and your sessions build toward it — sharpening as the date gets closer, then tapering automatically in the final days so you arrive fresh.
Gladiator Gauge
Tracks the workouts, steps, stretches, and wellness habits you actually put in day to day — a simple, honest read on effort and consistency, not just streak-shaming.
Simple supplement guidance
General, evidence-informed suggestions tailored to your goals and notes — never a substitute for medical advice, always with a reminder to check with your doctor.
Built for the next chapter
Retirement isn't the end of your career — it's a promotion to the most important job you'll ever have: taking care of yourself. Clock-In helps you show up for that job, every single day.

Frequently asked questions
What is Clock-In Everyday?
Clock-In Everyday is a daily AI-coached fitness app built specifically for people over 50 — especially those heading into retirement. Instead of a rigid program built for someone in their twenties, each session is shaped by how you actually slept, how you're recovering, your goals, and any aches or injuries you're managing.
What is the Iron Will Index?
The Iron Will Index is a morning readiness score. Clock-In reads your sleep, heart rate, and heart rate variability from Apple Health each morning and turns it into a plain-language readiness score and band — so a rough night means an easier day, and a good one means you can push a little harder.
How does the AI coaching work?
Every session is built fresh, not pulled from a fixed program. The coach factors in your readiness, stated goals, equipment, and any injuries you're managing, then writes a plain-language note explaining why today's session looks the way it does. It also remembers your working weights and reps and nudges them up or down based on what you actually did last time.
Is my data private?
Your health data, workout history, and notes are stored on your device. The one exception: generating your daily AI-coached session sends the relevant context — your readiness, goals, injuries, and notes — to a secure backend that forwards it to Anthropic's Claude API to write your plan. That data isn't tied to an account and isn't stored afterward. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There's no signup or login — just onboarding questions about your goals, equipment, and any injuries, then you're in.
What if I have an injury, or I'm training for something specific?
Daily stretches are picked from your specific aches and how today's going, with a note on why each one was chosen — not the same generic routine every day. You can also add an upcoming hike, ride, or event, and your sessions build toward it, sharpening as the date gets closer, then tapering automatically in the final days so you arrive fresh.
What are the supplement suggestions?
General, evidence-informed suggestions tailored to your goals and notes — never a substitute for medical advice, and always with a reminder to check with your doctor before starting anything, especially with existing conditions or medications.
