Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Commitment

All apps published by Artificial Igknorance are built with a privacy-first philosophy. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. All information you enter into our apps — including your portfolio holdings, price alerts, health records, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to our servers, with one exception: apps that include an AI coaching or assistant feature send the relevant context to a third-party AI provider solely to generate your personalized response, as described in Section 4 below.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information. Our apps do not require you to create an account or provide any personal details.

The only data processed by our apps is:

• Market data (commodity prices, financial data) fetched from third-party APIs. These requests do not include any personal information.
• Anonymous crash and diagnostic data collected by Apple through standard iOS mechanisms if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers in your iOS Settings.
• For apps with an AI coaching feature, the context needed to generate your personalized plan — see Section 4.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All user-generated data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage. This includes your preferences, settings, portfolio holdings, price alerts, health records, and any other data you enter. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Where applicable, subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription status may be managed by RevenueCat, our subscription management platform. RevenueCat may collect a pseudonymous user identifier to manage your subscription state. 4. AI Coaching Features

Some of our apps (for example, Clock-In Everyday) include an AI-powered coaching feature. When you use it, relevant context needed to generate your personalized plan — such as your stated goals, equipment, injuries, freeform notes, recent workout history, and Apple Health-derived readiness metrics (e.g. sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability) — is sent from your device to our Cloudflare Worker, which forwards it to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response.

This data is not tied to an account or any other identifying information, and our Worker does not store it — it is passed through solely to generate your plan and is not retained by us afterward. Anthropic's handling of this data is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. This feature is never used for anything beyond generating the coaching response you requested.

5. Third-Party Services

Our apps may use the following third-party services depending on the app:

• Gold-API.com — for live precious metal spot price data. Requests are made with an API key; no personal data is transmitted.
• Yahoo Finance (public API) — for historical price and financial data. Standard HTTP requests are made; no personal data is transmitted.
• RevenueCat — for subscription management where applicable. See Section 3 above.
• Anthropic (Claude) — for AI coaching features where applicable. See Section 4 above.
• Apple Push Notification Service — for local notifications. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not pass through our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, please contact us so we can address the issue.

7. Data Security

Because all user data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption and Face ID/Touch ID where applicable. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date to benefit from the latest security improvements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. You can delete all locally stored app data at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. Data sent to an AI coaching feature (Section 4) is not retained after your request is answered, so there is nothing to delete there either.
