1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any app published by Artificial Igknorance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Artificial Igknorance.

2. Description of Service

Our apps are reference and productivity tools intended for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in any of our apps constitutes financial, investment, medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information displayed in our apps.

3. Subscription and In-App Purchases

Some apps offer optional premium subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Where a subscription is offered:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• A free trial period may be offered for new subscribers. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions).
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Where our apps display financial, medical, or other data sourced from third-party providers, we make no warranty that the data is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Data may be delayed or subject to errors. Do not make financial, health, or other important decisions based solely on data displayed in our apps.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in our apps are the property of Artificial Igknorance and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our apps without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use any app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any app.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from any app.
• Interfere with any app's operation or servers.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artificial Igknorance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of any app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of any app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
